Sunday School: (K – 6th grade)
Each week the children gather in Fellowship Hall for the large group teaching session. Each month will have a specific focus, with a different Bible lesson each week.
At the 9:15 Sunday School, children will go directly to Classroom D for their Large Group Bible lesson and Small Group followup.
At the 10:30 Sunday School, children will go directly to Fellowship Hall for Children’s Worship on 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays. On 2nd and 4th Sundays, children will go into the main Sanctuary for worship, children’s choirs and Children’s Message. They will then be dismissed to Fellowship Hall for the Large Group Bible Lesson. From there, they are dismissed to classrooms for Small group followup activities.

Children’s Mission Projects
St. John’s offers a number of mission projects for children of all ages.
On November 4, 2011, the children filled shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. They also brought in their excess Halloween candy and packaging it for a local food cupboard.
Leftover candy was shipped to an agency that send candy to our Troops overseas.
