St. John’s offers a variety of adult classes and small groups.

  • Sunday Morning Class: Meets 2nd and 4th Sundays at 10:30 AM. This group discusses current events from a Christian perspective.
  • Short-term topical and Bible studies: Day and evening studies are offered throughout the year. Current offerings can be found on our Blog page or in our Weekly Cornerstone Newsletter.
  • Sermon-Based Small Groups: These in home study groups meet for 6-8 weeks at various times throughout the year. They look more deeply into the sermon topic from the previous Sunday morning. Sermon audios and current series can be found on our Blog page.
  • Disciple Bible Studies: This 28 to 32 week class is an indepth study covering about 75% of the Bible.
  • Book Discussion Groups: Several times throughout the year, this group meets to discuss both fiction and non-fiction literature. All books have Christian elements or faith themes.
  • Spiritual Gift Classes: Once a year, we offer this class to help people discover where their unique combination of gifts, skills and personal traits would be best used in ministry and service.
