You must download and save the registration form before filling it in.
Once downloaded, fill in the information and save again. Use one form for all children and youth in the same family.You can submit the completed form via email attachment or print out and return by mail.
Confirmation is open to all students Grade 7 and above.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONFIRMATION
Attend Confirmation Classes on Sundays at 10:30 Sept. 30, 2012 through March 17, 2013.
Attend the 9:15 AM Worship Service
Attend Sunday Night Youth Group each week
Attend Confirmation Retreats. The first retreat will be Sept. 28-29. An additional retreat is scheduled for March at Camp Innabah. March 15-17, 2013. More information will be available at a later date. There is an additional cost for this overnight retreat.
Completion of all Confirmation assignments
Attend field trip to St. George UMC for the Time Traveler Event. TBD
There will be a brief orientation meeting for parents and students on Friday, Sept. 28 from 6-7 PM. Dinner will be provided. At the end of the meeting, Confirmands will stay for their first retreat until Sat. 3:00pm. There is a food and helper sign-up sheet for this retreat on Confirmation Bulletin Board outside Youth Room. (Opposite wall)
